Edible Flower: Use theflowers as garnishes, or stuff with soft cheese. The flowers can be minced andadded to butters and the immature seed heads can be pickled. Nasturtiums are apopular choice for adding color to salad mix. Peppery-flavored foliage is alsoedible.
Be sure to soak yourNasturtium seeds overnight (about 12 hours) to help seedlings break through thetough outer shell.
